Ms. Ehlers provides for the overall operations of the organization with an emphasis on business development and compliance. Ms. Ehlers is responsible for seeking contracts and grants to enhance the business conducted by Binns and Associates. Cindy oversees the daily operations and coordinates business activities.

In addition, her background allows her to assist with providing education, evaluation and document preparation as it relates to Emergency Medical Services, Incident Command, Homeland Security and Public Safety.

Ms. Ehlers accrued over 25 years experience as an EMT and Paramedic, manager and administrator within various Emergency Medical Services System organizations in the Pennsylvania.

Ms. Rhoads brings a variety of knowledge and skills to the Binns and Associates team. Kelly has served as an Emergency Management Coordinator for a large urban municipality and currently serves as Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator for a borough near Harrisburg, PA. Her understanding of Emergency Management provides an excellent insight to our projects.

In addition to her Emergency Management background, Kelly previously worked in the Emergency Departments of three hospitals. These experiences allows for the unique perspective of seeing aspects from the emergency scene and the receiving facility.

Kelly coordinates daily activities and schedules as well as performs administrative duties for the company.
